In all cases, sex6s's maximum liability to any individual player is limited to the net amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
sex6s reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is a breach of these Terms and Conditions or if the platform determines that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform, other players or third parties.
Players may close their own account at any time by contacting sex6s support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any pending bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
In cases of confirmed fraud, multi-accounting or prohibited activity, sex6s reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the entire balance without refund.
